Durgapur Government College, Department of Zoology in collaboration with IQAC, is organizing a one‑day seminar on “Emerging Developments on Molecules to Organisms” on 29th August 2026 at Nazrul Prekshagriha. The plenary lecture will be delivered by Prof. Asamanja Chattoraj of Kazi Nazrul University on “Artificial Light at Night (ALAN) and Chronodisruption: A Study on Gut Rhythmicity and Metabolic Health in Zebrafish.” The event will also feature a Poster Presentation Competition for students, with prizes for the best entries.
