Vision

Bengali is one of the ancient Indian local languages. The Department visions to cultivate graduates of with sufficient knowledge to address the challenges of literary studies and upload the significance and writings of Bengali literature in the national and global scenario.

Mission

• Enable students to read and write the literary works of Bengali literature
• stimulate the creative literary impulse of students to portray them in their writings and other related works
• ensure expert interaction to introduce students with the literary society to enhance their subject understanding and thinking
• skill enhancement of students through workshops and hands on training for literary works
