FEEDBACK COLLECTION MECHANISM

Circulars issued by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to collect Feedback from the stakeholders.

The feedback collection process is completely online through the Management Information System (MIS) portal of the institution. The stakeholders login to the Management Information System (MIS) portal with their respective username and password. The link to MIS portal is available in the college website

 

FEEDBACK ANALYSIS AND REPORT SUBMISSION WITH SUGGESTIONS

 

  • The collected feedback reports on curricular aspects and student satisfaction survey (SSS) are analyzed by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
  • Report is prepared with graphical representation of the responses received for each question of the feedback
  • All feedback reports are submitted by the IQAC to the Head of the Institution for necessary action
  • Feedback on Curriculum received from the stakeholders is forwarded to the affiliating University.
  • The Student Satisfaction Survey is collected and issues based on the responses received from the students are discussed in IQAC meetings. The suggestions are included in the resolution of the IQAC meetings and submitted to the Head of the Institution for necessary action
